As each product is bespoke and built to order, returns or refunds are not typically permitted, unless in cases of manufacturing error. Customers must inspect received products and notify us within 1 week if there are any issues or concerns.

Build times

Product build times may vary based on first come first serve. With the limited amount of company fabricators, production times may vary depending on the amount of orders placed. We at AP do our best to complete products within listed build times posted.

Merchandise Sold on or through the Website.

AE does not make any warranties with respect to any of the merchandise, products and/or services featured, mentioned or sold on or through the Website, whether now exiting or in the future. You agree that AE is not responsible, and shall have no liability to you, with respect to merchandise, products and/or services featured, mentioned, sold or distributed on or through the Website.

AE will use its best efforts to fulfill all orders, but cannot guarantee the availability of any particular product displayed on the Website. AE reserves the right to discontinue the sale of any product listed on the Website at any time without notice. AE reserves the right to limit quantities to the amount reasonable for its regular customers. Product prices offered on the Website may vary from other advertised prices due to varying conditions. The prices displayed on the Website are quoted in United States Dollars and are valid and effective only within the United States. The prices displayed on the Website do not include shipping and handling or sales taxes, if applicable, which will be added to your total invoice price. You are responsible for the payment of any shipping and handling charges and state and local sales or use taxes that may apply to your order.

It is the goal of AE to maintain an error-free Website. However, AE does not guarantee that any content is accurate or complete, including price information and product specifications. If AE discovers price errors, the errors will be corrected on its systems and the corrected price will apply to your order. YOU FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT THE INSTALLATION OF PRODUCTS OFFERED THROUGH THE WEBSITE OR CERTAIN MODIFICATIONS MADE TO YOUR AUTOMOBILE MAY VOID WARRANTY COVERAGE ON SAID AUTOMOBILE AND THAT MAP BEARS NO LIABILITY FOR ANY SUCH MATTER.

Motor vehicles are inherently dangerous objects. The modification of a vehicle to attain certain levels of performance outside of what was intended by the original manufacturer of the vehicle can make a vehicle more dangerous. You fully and unconditionally accept all risks associated with the PURCHASE AND/OR INSTALLATION OF ANY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES PURCHASED BY AE AND THE operation and testing of YOUR AUTOMOBILE and agree to defend, indemnify and hold AE harmless from the same. Except for the gross negligence or willful misconduct of AE, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold AE harmless from any claims related to the PURCHASE AND/OR INSTALLATION OF ANY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES PURCHASED BY MAP AND THE operation and testing of YOUR AUTOMOBILE, including but not limited to claims of ownership, bodily injury, breach of manufacturer warranty, property damage or death.
